The Task Force on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD) is a reporting framework to identify and report on how companies manage financial risks related to biodiversity. The framework is supported by the G7 and G20 countries, and sponsored by BlackRock, Norges Bank, Nordea, AP3, AP7, HSBC, Barclays, Rabobank, S&P and others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The TNFD is a sister framework to its climate counterpart, the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosure (TCFD), which has had a huge international impact. The framework is based on the same basic elements as TCFD: governance, strategy, risk management and targets and metrics.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
